Lauren Olson joined Inszone Insurance Services in May 2024 following the merger with Cascade Insurance Center. Her journey into the insurance industry began after she decided to return to her hometown of Bend to be closer to her family. This decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in her professional life, where she discovered a deep passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance.

Lauren’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. Her early career took her far from home, as she spent time teaching at an elementary school in a small village in Ghana, Africa. These diverse experiences have shaped Lauren into a well-rounded and empathetic professional.

Lauren’s dedication to her profession is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and excellence. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification from The National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research, a mark of her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Additionally, she actively serves on several insurance carrier committees, where she represents her clients’ interests and works to improve industry standards.
